If you have any symptoms, please call us to re-schedule your appointment. Also, there is a 2 week wait request for anyone who has gotten their vaccinations before making an appointment with us.
Also, if there is a medical/family emergency, we will re-schedule you.
Otherwise please be advised that our 24-hour cancellation notice is required, as a courtesy to other clients who like to book an appointment.
In case of no-show and no cancellation, full fee is due. Thank you.
Covid19 Safety Practices and Procedures:
1.) We ask you to sign a liability waiver before coming to your appointment.
2.) We will ask you these questions:
› Have you been asked to self- isolate or quarantine by a doctor or a local public health official in the last 14 days?
› Have you experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days (fever, cough, shortness of breath or other respiratory problem)?
› Have you had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19, or someone exhibiting cold or flu- like symptoms within the last 14 days?
Have you been vaccinated and when was that appointment. We are asking you to wait 2 weeks before you book an appointment with us.
If you have had any of those we will NOT be able to provide treatment and will be happy to reschedule you.
Please remember that it is CRUCIAL to answer these questions truthfully and conscientiously to protect you and us from exposure.
We reserve the right to terminate a session if any symptoms are present or if you show a temperature.
3.) There will be no waiting in the waiting room for any client. We will come and get you from your car to bring you straight into the room.
4.) Masks must be worn by practitioner and client at all times.
5.) Hand Sanitizers will be available in the room and waiting area.
6.) We will ask you to wash your hands before entering the massage room.
7.) We will follow up to check in with you if you have developed symptoms after your appointment.
