Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy: If you have any symptoms before your appointment, please notify us immediately and we will cancel your appointment. The same goes for a medical/family emergency. Otherwise please be advised that a 24-hour cancellation notice is required, as a courtesy to other clients who like to book an appointment to avoid charges. In case of no-show and no cancellation, full fee is due. Thank you.
